Dispatch

Items in stock will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Replenishment of items that out of stock will take 3-5 business days, and we aim to ship your order within 6-7 working days. 

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping to most countries. Free delivery is provided only when the total purchase amount is above $100

For orders below $100, there is a fixed additional shipping cost of $50

For shipment to regions that are less accessible or removed areas, a fixed postage cost of $30 will be added automatically and shown as a shipping surcharge at checkout. 

All charges will be shown before confirmation of payment.

Delivery times are just estimated only. Unforeseeable circumstances such as weather, strikes, and lockouts may cause a delay in delivery time. We cannot be liable for any delay. We will do our utmost to limit any difficulties that may cause.


    Shipping location

    Autopipework collaborates with a range of trustworthy and renowned shipping couriers, including DHL, FedEx, etc. After it is dispatched, you will get a tracking number for your order.

    PO Box and Address restrictions 

    Autopipework apologies that we do not offer shipping to PO Box, parcel locker, hotel, or Army Post office (APO). We only accept addresses due to delivery restrictions of couriers.

    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Autopipework reserves the right to refuse to refund lost parcel cases due to an erroneous or incorrect address. 

    Amendment of shipping address after the order is placed is not allowed. Therefore, when you have ordered with an incorrect address, you should contact our CS Team at info@autopipework.com as soon as possible to get the order hold, cancel and repay. 

     

    Arrangement of lost Parcel 

    According to the tracking page, suppose you have not received the goods for 20 working days after dispatch. In that case, we will do our utmost to assist you in investigating the missing goods by opening a claim with them to get any compensation issued by the courier.

    The courier company will review dispute cases. We will be subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company for the outcome of the case.
